1. Presentation of the material prepared for the trainings on the 4 modules
2. Presentation of the website of the project.
3. Setting the Work Plan for the Action for the completion of the Training e-Tool and the educational material
4. Presentation of financial and administrative issues and instructions for the documents and information requested for the preparation of the Interim Report of the program.

Resolutions

1. The final version of the handbooks on the 4 modules will be circulated to all the partners by the end of October 2007.

2. The module on “Sustainable Urban Construction” must further include a chapter on the construction of free areas, streets, paving, squares, parks, etc.

3. The Introductory part of the website as well as a Checklist for the organization of the Promotional Fora in Cyprus, Malta, Hungary and Czech Republic will be prepared by Robert Vella from Malta and will be circulated to all the other partners for comments and suggestions.

4. The Interim Report of the program will be submitted to the National Agency by 30 November 2007. All the supporting documents requested from the partners for the preparation of the Report should be sent to the Coordinator no later than 5 November 2007.

5. The second installment will take place after the approval of the Interim Report and upon receipt of the second payment from the Commission/National Agency.

6. WP3 “Development of the Training e-Tool” must be completed by 15 February 2008. The next meeting will take place in Barcelona, Spain, most probably on 25 January 2008 (waiting for confirmation from Mireia Canyelles) for the preparation and planning of the pilot trainings.

7. The following partners should make contacts with 5 municipalities, and request their participation in the pilot trainings
